We provide services including, but not limited to, integrative nutrition health coaching, life coaching, crisis counseling, energy healing, spiritual healing, meditation training, hypnotherapy, business coaching, and business consulting. These services are designed to support your personal growth and professional success but are not a substitute for, nor meant to be construed as licensed medical, legal, financial, or other professional advice.

Use of Services

By using our services, you agree to the following conditions:

The content, materials, and resources provided on our website or during our programs and sessions are the intellectual property of Master Agent Life, LLC, dba Productive Flow. This includes, but is not limited to, written materials, recordings, training content, and digital resources.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use these materials for personal and professional development purposes only. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, modification, or commercial use of our materials is strictly prohibited without explicit written consent.

Payment Terms

Payment for all services, including coaching and consulting programs, must be made in full at the time of booking unless an alternative payment arrangement is explicitly agreed upon. Payment plans may be available for specific programs or services, and terms for those plans will be provided during the booking process. All payments must be made in U.S. Dollars unless stated otherwise.

Failure to meet payment obligations may result in the suspension or termination of services.

Cancellation Policy

For individual sessions, cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to receive a full refund or reschedule without penalty. Group programs, business consulting packages, or other long-term engagements have specific cancellation and refund policies outlined in their agreements. Please refer to those guidelines for details. Failure to cancel within the stated timeframe may result in the forfeiture of the session and/or program fees.

Disclaimers of Liability

Our services are provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We make no guarantees about specific outcomes or results from coaching, consulting, or other services, as success depends on individual commitment and circumstances. Master Agent Life, LLC, dba Productive Flow, and its representatives are not liable for any decisions you make or actions you take as a result of participating in coaching, consulting, or healing services. Any advice or guidance provided during business consulting is based on our expertise and experience but should not replace professional legal, financial, or business advice from licensed professionals.

Confidentiality

Due to the personal and professional nature of our services, we are committed to maintaining confidentiality regarding shared information.

Any sensitive details, personal histories, business plans, or strategies disclosed during coaching or consulting sessions will be protected in accordance with ethical guidelines and applicable privacy laws. However, we may be legally obligated to disclose information in circumstances involving threats of harm to yourself or others, or as required by law. Information processed through third-party tools (e.g., Acuity Scheduling, Google Suite) may also be governed by those platforms’ privacy policies.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree to submit any disputes under these Terms to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in Hall County, GA.

Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on our website, and the "Effective Date" at the top of this page will reflect any changes. Continued use of our website or services after updates are made indicates your acceptance of the revised Terms.
