You’ll Have a More Productive Year by Setting an Intention NOT a Resolution…Here’s Why & How to Do It

Every single January, we’re bombarded with all sorts of marketing messages about New Year’s Resolutions and the idea that we’re just going to wipe the slate clean, but there’s a reason why this approach fails in a matter of weeks.

We don’t become different people overnight, and the healthier way to make a change is to set a theme or intention for the year. That way, there’s no stress, no pressure and no immediate feelings of failure.

How do we actually set an intention that really resonates with us? Why is it important to be open to however the intention shows up in our lives?

In this episode, I’m going to talk about why we need to kick New Year’s Resolutions to the curb and what to adopt instead.
