What If Your So-Called Weaknesses Are Your Greatest Strengths?

What If Your So-Called Weaknesses Are Your Greatest Strengths?

A lot of the things we perceive as weaknesses within ourselves go all the way back to childhood experiences and how these were framed by our parents. These early experiences become the stories that hold us back from creating the lives we want.

If we were told we talked too much, we develop a fear of using our voices. If our families said we were too emotional, we suppress that empathetic part of ourselves.

But what if the things people wanted us to change hold clues to our superpowers and the impact we’re meant to make?

In this episode, I’m going to talk about changing our perspective on the things we see as flaws and the power of telling ourselves a different story.

"The weaknesses people said you had are strengths because they are part of who you are. There is no part of you that is a mistake, every part of you is meant to be there. "
