Under the influence of toxic diet culture, it’s hard, even impossible to have any measure of self-acceptance.

Emma and Carla Papas are the Founders of The Merrymaker Sisters and Merrybody Studio. They started The Merrymaker Sisters as a hobby in 2013, and it began as a blog to simply share their favorite healthy recipes, thoughts on mindset, dieting, fitness and life in general.
Through their journey with Yoga, Pilates and Meditation Emma and Carla realized the only thing that truly matters is how we feel about ourselves right NOW, not when we lose a specific number of kgs or fit into that dress. Yoga, Pilates and Meditation was the key to realizing that right here, right now…you are absolutely, 100% enough.
Their goal is simple: they want you to come on over to their site, read, watch, move with them, cook with them and feel more self-acceptance, self-respect and more joy.
