When you start a business, you’re looking for the magic wand to get to the good, fulfilling part where everything feels effortless. The thing is, those quick fixes don’t actually move us forward in a meaningful way – and even the best courses or the most hilarious TikTok dances can’t make up for the foundations.

Over-work, overcompensate and people-please is the default mode of many entrepreneurs, and the result is always burnout and complete depletion. Even though we know it’s not healthy to cram and jam our schedules, we also can’t change in an instant.

A lot of the things we perceive as weaknesses within ourselves go all the way back to childhood experiences and how these were framed by our parents. These early experiences become the stories that hold us back from creating the lives we want.

As entrepreneurs, we can feel the difference between working with clarity and operating with emotional blocks and limiting beliefs. We obviously want the former, but what if our soul memory is being weighed down by faulty programming?
